Admin-Leave Furlough Usage Report
Did you know?
- The Admin-Leave Furlough Usage Report should be used to monitor furlough usage on employees with a current leave-earning appointment in PHR.
The reports display Admin Lv Furlough information including the Furlough Eligibility Indicator" where "Y" indicates they are eligibile for Admin Lv-Furlough and "N" indicates at this time they are not eligibile. Employee's eligibility may change due to funding changes.
There are two reports furnished displaying furlough information for all employees within your secured units.
- Eligible Employees Report - This report displays furlough information for all eligible faculty and staff in accordance with the FY10 Furlough Plan. The information provided includes the employee's total number of admin leave-furlough days, their total temporary salary reduction amount, and their temporary salary reduction amount per pay period. The temporary salary reduction pay period amount will be system generated and will not require a manual pay adjustment.
- Admin Lv-Furlough Usage Report With Details - Provides detailed Furlough information for employees including work dates, hours/minutes used, adjusted work dates, and adjusted hours/minutes.
- Admin Lv-Furlough Usage Report Summary - Provides Furlough information for employees including the required number of furlough days and hours, actual amount of furlough hours/minutes used, and remaining furlough hours/minutes required.
- This report can be found in the Furlough Reports folder in the PHR Queries & Reports folder on WOW.
