Welcome to PHR User Support. Here you will find resources to guide while using the University’s PHR System.

The Payroll, Human Resource, Time & Leave Tracking System (PHR) at the University of Maryland is a business process re-engineering effort which has successfully integrated the university’s payroll and human resource systems. With the exception of required documents, the system is paperless with all business transactions initiating electronically.
