This program produces a listing of all employees currently on the University Human Resources Dean’s, Director’s and Department Chair’s (3D’s) Mailing List. Employees must have a current, active, and approved appointment, and be coded correctly on the Employee Information Screen’s field “Distribution List” in PHR in order to appear on the list.
The purpose of the 3D’s list is to send information via Campus Mail to “key” employees (i.e. Directors, Deans, and Chairs) in each Unit. University Human Resources works in conjunction with Printing Services to generate labels. Campus Units may request labels or electronic lists for the 3D’s, as well as other classifications of employees.
Please use this report as a tool to ensure that the proper employee’s are included on the list, as appropriate. If you notice that particular employee is not on the list and wish to have that employee added, you may contact the Data Services unit of University Human Resources.
