PHR Postdoc Report

The PHR Postdoc Report is to be used for tracking those faculty members who have been assigned Post-Doc (a.k.a., Post-Phd) status in PHR.

The program has two options:

  1. Listing only those faculty who are classified as Post-Docs (this is the default)
  2. Listing all faculty holding current approved appointments in your units.
  • In both cases, the right-hand column of the report carries the Post-Doc Indicator displaying a Y (Yes) for those individuals who have been designated as Post-Docs in PHR. Counts by Unit of the number of Post-Docs are given on either report.
  • Before processing, select the Department(s) you wish to appear on the Report. The program will default to select all of the Departments displayed in the box; you may narrow the range by highlighting certain unit codes. You will be taken to the Report with the program finishes processing.

This report can be found in the Faculty Reports folder in the PHR Queries & Reports folder on WOW.
