The PHR Pos Mgmt Report program lists all currently active Positions by Department. Two Reports are produced.
- Occupied Positions Report – compares Position Management data with each position’s associated Appointment data and displays the data from both records (Pos Mgmt and Appointment) IF the data differs. If only one line of data is displayed, that line represents consensus data from the two records (Pos Mgmt and Appointment). The Occupied Position Report is sorted in department code order, then alphabetically by employee name within each department.
- Vacant Positions Report – lists the Position Management data for each currently active Position to which no employee is appointed – i.e., it is a ‘vacant’ position. The Vacant Position Report is sorted in department code order, then by position number within each department.
Before processing, select the Department(s) and Population(s) you wish to appear on the Report(s). Both criteria default to select all of the Departments and/or Population display in the boxes. You may narrow the range by highlighting certain ones of each.
This report can be found in the Position Management Reports folder in the PHR Queries & Reports folder on WOW.
