I am pleased to send you a document of approved changes to the faculty and staff search and selection process. This goes into effect on February 1, 2014. Chief Diversity Officer Kumea Shorter-Gooden and the Equity Council, with significant input from University Human Resources, have worked to develop a more flexible and efficient process, while continuing to uphold the University’s commitment to equity and diversity in search and selection. A Tip Sheet about the changes is also included.
