Beginning in January, we will be introducing a BYOL (Bring Your Own Lunch) Seminar every month. Since, January is Fitness Resolutions Month the seminar topic is Fitting in Fitness – Exercise Options for Busy People. You will learn about exercise options for busy people with easy to follow guidelines for a balanced fitness program, tips to fit in fitness, and five keys to success for healthy behaviors.
