eTerp Upgrade

The campus will be upgrading the current eTerp position management and applicant tracking system to the new and improved eTerp2.  The upgrade will provide many advantages to both internal users as well as external applicants.  To stay informed of changes and enhancements, visit the eterp2 project site.

Enhancements in eTerp2 Include:

  • Simplified workflows
  • Single login using your directory ID and password
  • Use of the back button
  • Multiple windows open at one time
  • In box and watch list
  • Posting documents copy automatically into the hiring proposal
  • Applicant documents open in specified order
  • Applicants can send postings through the “email a friend” feature
  • Applicant summary screen is available prior to submitting
  • Larger size document capability (9mb per document)
