The purpose of this event is to ask questions about the new Health Risk Assessment directly with medical plan representatives.
All employees, graduate assistants and their spouses that are enrolled in the State of Maryland medical plans are required to designate a primary care physician (PCP), complete a Health Risk Assessment with their medical carrier, and review the assessment with their PCP by September 30, 2015.
If you have not already done so, attached is a Wellness Program Activity Cheat Sheet for Carefirst members to assist you with completing the requirements for 2015. Also, you may access frequently asked questions about the Wellness Program.
