There are four reports in the missing signatures series:
- Missing Employee Signatures-Hourly
- Missing Employee Signatures-Salaried
- Missing Supervisor Approvals-Hourly
- Missing Supervisor Approvals-Salaried
These reports display data on employees who hold a PHR current, time entering appointment, who have not signed one or more of their timesheets or whose Supervisors have not approved one or more of their timesheets within the given Fiscal Year and Pay Period specified.
The Departments displayed are pre-populated with those Departments the user has been granted secured PHR access. These Departments are not necessarily the approval units to which the employees have been assigned for time reporting purposes; rather, they are the Departments in which the employees hold their appointments. elect one, more, or all of the Departments. By leaving the ‘All’ box checked, you direct the program to select all of the Departments listed in the box.
The user must indicate the Fiscal Year/Pay Periods in which to report by selecting one or more of the Fiscal Year/Pay Periods (Fyppers) in the selection box. By leaving the ‘All’ box checked, the program is directed to search for missing Employee Signatures within ALL Fiscal Year/Pay Periods to date, EXCLUDING the currently open Pay Period. To retrieve missing signatures on the currently open Pay Period select it either specifically or as part of a group; the ‘All’ box will ignore the currently open Pay Period.
When finished making selections, click on the PROCESS button. When processing finishes, users will be taken to the Table of Contents page.
These reporst can be found in the Time Entry Reports folder in the PHR Queries & Reports folder on WOW.
