Online Benefit System January 1

Online Benefits is coming! The go-live date for the new online Benefits System is January 1, 2019. The Open Enrollment period for 2019 Benefits closed on November 28, 2018. Once the online benefits systems goes-live on January 1, 2019 you will be able to view your 2019 benefit elections if you participate in the State’s Employee Benefits Program.

Later in December or early January, you will receive instructions on how to log on to the State of Maryland benefits portal. Starting on January 2, 2019, employees will use the online portal to initiate changes to their 2019 benefit elections for qualifying Life Events (like a marriage, birth or adoption of a child, etc.).
