uhr connect oct 2015 cover imageIn this issue we are featuring some of the changes that we are making in UHR to better serve you as employees of UMD.  As you may have experienced in working with UHR, we have two main systems that we access to manage employee-related information.  One is the Payroll and Human Resources (PHR) system which tracks an employee’s record throughout her/his employment here at UMD.  The other system is eTerp, which is our applicant tracking and position management system.  We have combined the teams that support both systems into one team now called the UHR Support Center.  This team is now able to answer your questions regarding both systems.  Our goal, in combining these teams, is to streamline processes and give you, our customers, one central contact.  In this feature, we tell you more about this newly formed service team.
