I-9 Information

An employee profile and electronic I-9 from (if appropriate) must be created in the campus I-9 system.  All new university employees must have a completed I-9 within 3 days of their actual 1st day of employment.  Employee’s should not have a new I-9 created if changin campus units.  If an employee is being appointed to a “Non Paid” position, enter NOPAY as the Profile ID.

  • Enter the Profile ID
  • Select “Get I-9 Info”
  • Verify the name and UID are correct
  • Select “Insert I-9 profile ID
