Coming Soon! Managing your University System of Maryland retirement plans will soon be simpler. Beginning December 17, 2024, you’ll have access to the Retirement@Work® online retirement plan portal. It brings all of your University System of Maryland supplemental retirement plan accounts together, regardless of investment provider– Fidelity or TIAA.

One of the biggest benefits you get from being a University of Maryland employee (or retiree) is Tuition Remission. This program allows employees, spouses, and dependents the opportunity to take classes at a University System of Maryland (USM) institution with waived tuition.
