HR Communities
HR Communities are key to the success of programs and initiatives rolled out by University Human Resources. These communities support our faculty and staff across the university and are actively engaged in educating, resource sharing, collaborating, and leading numerous human resources initiatives to improve the quality and consistency of HR service delivery.
HR Partners
The HR Partner functions as the unit’s primary representative and liaison to University Human Resources on strategic HR matters.
HR Representatives
HR Representatives work on behalf of their respective departments serving as a conduit for process improvement, UHR communication, and training.
Training Partners
The focus of this role is to innovate for learning & training, to increase employee engagement – performance and drive talent development across UMD.
