If you are already enrolled in Term Life insurance or Long Term Disability coverage with USM MetLife, you can view or change your benefits anytime by logging into your USM MetLife account.
If you want to enroll in Long Term Disability insurance, you can do so at any time. Please note that if you are enrolling outside of your initial 60 days of hire, a medical questionnaire and underwriting will be required. Long Term Disability insurance can help replace a portion of your income for an extended disability.
If you want to enroll in Term Life insurance for yourself and/or your spouse and children, you can do so at any time. Please note that if you are enrolling outside of your initial 60 days of hire, a medical questionnaire and underwriting will be required.
