Midway Feedback PRDs Launching in Workday

The Midway Feedback Performance Review and Development (PRD) will launch in Workday on November 1, 2025. This is step two of three in the  PRD process. During this step, the employee is given the opportunity to provide comments regarding their performance in the self-evaluation, and the manager will provide comments and a midway performance rating. This is a required step of the PRD process. The third and final step is the Annual Performance Review, which will take place in Spring 2026. 

How the Midway Feedback PRD Works

All PRD-eligible staff will receive a self-evaluation task in their Workday inbox. PRD Eligible Employees are exempt and non-exempt staff regular and staff contractual (C2). 

The Midway Feedback Session is an opportunity to review employee performance progress, discuss what’s going well, and identify areas for improvement. Managers should provide specific examples, review development opportunities, and discuss the employee’s self-evaluation. Additionally, when warranted, managers may create an action plan to support continued growth. This should be an interactive, two-way conversation focused on collaboration and feedback.

Important Dates

  • Staff will have from November 1 until November 14 to complete the self-evaluation
  • Managers will have November 15 until December 19 to complete the manager evaluation

Info Sessions & Office Hours

UHR Staff Relations will be hosting several information sessions for employees and managers. There will also be dedicated office hours where the Staff Relations Partners will be available to answer questions about how to complete the tasks.

To enroll in an information session, select the hyperlink below and login to Workday. On the course page, click Select Offering then check the box next to the date you wish to attend and then click Submit. You will receive a Google calendar invite with meeting details.

* Office Hours will be hosted virtually on Zoom. Feel free to drop-in as there is no need to pre-register.
