Performance Management - Supervisors
Supervisors are pivotal in navigating staff performance by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and offering support for skill development and growth. They identify strengths and areas for improvement, collaborate with employees to establish achievable goals, and implement strategies to enhance individual and team performance. Through effective coaching and performance evaluations, supervisors ensure alignment between staff efforts and organizational objectives, driving success and continuous improvement within the workforce.
PRD Expectation Setting is now live in Workday.
Managers have until June 30th to complete the Manager Evaluation and meet with each staff member to review expectations for the 2025-2026 PRD cycle. Staff Relations' Office Hours for anyone with questions or concerns regarding this process are available Wednesdays, June 4, 11, 18, and 25 from 10:00 - 11:00 am via Zoom.
