Requesting a Change to an Existing Faculty Position
Log in at http://ejobs.umd.edu/hr using your Directory ID and Password and verify you are in the Position Management Module and your user Role is Creator.
- Click Positions and select Faculty.
- Search for the position to modify. (Search by entering the position number)
- Click the Position Title to access the position.
- Verify this is the position to be changed and click Request Change to Existing Faculty Position.
- Click Start
- To change the Position Title Scroll Down and select a new Position Title, then click Next otherwise just click Next
- Complete the Position Description by updating all the fields. Click Next
- Review the Action Summary for missing information.
- Move your action forward by selecting Take Action on Action and selecting the next user role
