PRD Midway Feedback
Halfway through the performance period, the supervisor meets with the employee to conduct a Midway Feedback session. The purpose of this meeting is to review employee performance throughout the initial phase of the review period. The supervisor and employee may review performance expectations established at the beginning of the period, or any that have been added or amended since, and discuss the employee’s performance in each area.
The employee may also conduct a Self-Assessment of their performance for discussion during the Midway Feedback session.
Step 2: PRD Midway Feedback
The Midway Feedback PRD launched in Workday on November 1, 2025. During this step, the employee is given the opportunity to provide comments regarding their performance in the self-evaluation, and the manager will provide comments and a midway performance rating. This is a required step of the PRD process.
Important Dates
- Staff will have from November 1 until November 14 to complete the self-evaluation
- Managers will have November 15 until December 19 to complete the manager evaluation
