Job Description Summary

The Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management leads the University's Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Office of Student Financial Aid, as well as providing administrative and fiscal oversight for the University's Office of the Registrar. Ensures ongoing assessment and improvements for services provided by the office, as well as personnel practices and adherence to policies and regulations. The AVP provides strategic leadership to assure the aggressive recruitment of talented undergraduates, an efficient and equitable admission process, an effective process to award need based and merit financial support to students in compliance with federal and state policies and laws, and assures that the Office of the Registrar provides responsive service to students and campus officials.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Knowledge of organizational and unit performance measures.

Knowledge of the impact and implications of decisions on leadership objectives.

Skill in oral and written communication.

Skill in data analytics and negotiation.

Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products.

Ability to research information and analyze complex data and information to create reports and presentations.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.

Ability to develop and administer new policies and procedures.

Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
