Address Information
- The “Maryland W-4 Official Payroll Address” and the “Business Office Address” are both required
The Official Payroll Address should be entered from the W-4 the employee has submitted
If the employee’s office is on campus, enter the Building, room number, and phone number. If the employee’s office is off campus, only enter street address, city, state, and phone number.
- Enter “Work State”
- Click “Save”
- Once entered the “Official Payroll Address” can only be modified or changed by submitting a new W-4 through campus Payroll Services or the State of Maryland’s POSC website.
This completes ALL REQUIRED Data for the “Employee Demographic” portion of the record.
