This page contains static information from the “PHR Employee and Appointment” module that shows:

1. Institution
2. UID
3. Name
4. Title
5. Category status
6. The Collective Bargaining or CB Code that we discussed earlier
7. Appointment Start and Term Date
8. FTE
9. Salary
10. Retirement Plan

• There is a link to “Return to Time Sheet/Duty Day Record” Scroll to the bottom and click “Pay Period Summary”
• There is also a link to “Return to Employee Menu” which allows the employee to select “Leave Balances” again, or “Pay Period Summaries” which shows a detailed listing of data from each of our available past timesheets.
