Faculty Information

PHR requires additional appointment information for some faculty appointments on the “Faculty Information” page.

  • Faculty duration dates- selected from the dropdown menu or manually enter “other” dates depending on faculty appointment
  • Intergovernmental Personnel Agreement (IPA)- appointment duration dates, each time a faculty member participates in an IPA. IPA transactions in PHR require final approval at the Vice President for Research (VPR) level. If the faculty member is receiving additional funding for the IPA, an IPA salary addition must also be created
  • State agency information-if the employee is working concurrently at another state agency
